Candidate must have at least 10 years experience in communications - public relations, advertising, or media
He/she must have at least a B.A./HND from a reputable institution. A master's will be an advantage

- Must have excellent writing skills
- Must have a personable/amiable disposition
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must not be more than 38 years old
- Must have leadership and organizational skills
